Here is the information and payment form for Career Builder Access.  Please complete the form and payment Saturday 05/17/08. The monthly cost will be: $125/mos (per person for 4 participants).  I will coordinate with Career Builders to get the account setup (includes intial payment $450).  It takes 1-2 business days to setup.  I expect to have the account and email distribution setup by Wed 05/21/07.
