How to access the 403b Market

- How many nurses, teachers, non-profit administrators do you know?
- It's a bottom-up market (people 1st, participants, 1on1 referrals)
- Use FlexPlan tools to show the Active Management difference on their retirement plan
- No one is in this market space. Focus :: Focus :: Focus
- Focus on plan providers that allow direct Investment Advisors (IAI):
Check: Fidelity, TIAA-CREF
Work with IAI providers: FlexiblePlan, Hanlon
- Attend the FlexiblePlan webinar on how to access the 403b market, or Open Platform/Custodians
- Get copy of presentation/script from Kentucky team (403b script, forms, presentation)
- 80% conversion rate (manage client accounts actively)
- Search for Fidelity, TIAA-CREF 403b plan participants. Get referred by an employee (individual accounts)

- Hire + Train passionate 'corporate level' reps to get into these markets.
