Fw: CareerBuilder for WFG Team

Hi

Here is the info for Career Builder.  I suggest we get the regional package with one job posting (NY-NJ-CT Tri-State). This package provides both inbound resumes (passive) and outbound (active) resume data base search.

Costs: $450/month  or $5400/yr

Shared Costs per active team members
5 Team Members:     Base Cost: $90/mos    (paid quarterly: $270/qtr)
10 team Members:    Base Cost: $45/mos    (paid quarterly: $135/qtr)

Open Issues
  • Career Builder only handles the account on an individual basis. So we would need ONE team member to administer the program with Career Builder.
  • The program only allows ONE login per account. So we would have to setup a DAILY schedule for team members to login.
  • Distributing inbound resumes: The ADMINISTRATOR will need to forward selected resumes to subscribing team members on a weekly basis.

Please provide feedback, so we can take the next steps.

Thanks

Subject: CareerBuilder Materials!!!

Victor,

Attached you'll find information explaining exactly what our services our.  Also take an minute and visit CareerBuilder com and search WFG to see what the job advertisements look like, I think you'll be impressed.  We have been working with the WFG for 3 years with great success.  Our clients from the WFG are coming back year after year.  With the roll out of IAI and Innergy Lending more and more WFG members are getting onboard.  This is a great tool to help you build your base team.

Give me a call with any questions.

Cheers,

Mike Kana

Current Testimonials

WFG Associate from Georgia,

I have used Career Builder for two years (February 2006 to Present).

This outstanding resource has been a great compliment to the WFG Business Format System in our base shop.  We have used it selectively to identify prospects for both new and existing teammates.  Everyone who has used Career Builder has improved their invitation skills.

After two years we have achieved the following results:

1.                   15 new licensed associates in our base shop

2.                   Six of these new associates already have their S65 license $2,000,000 in new IAI assets under management

WFG Associate from California says,

"It has been a great tool to help teach our reps how to make calls in regards to recruiting.

We have recruited many people from it. We find it works best to call them personally to set up interview.

It has paid for itself and then some each of the last 2 years we used it.

Interviews becoming clients."

WFG Associate from Florida says,

"I have used other companies in the past with little success.  I am in my third contract year with Career Builder because of the value they provide me and my business.  The site is easy to navigate and the tools available for searching and tracking applicants are great, as well as, the brand building and quality of the job postings available with the service.   Of course there is the large number of responses from qualified applicants!  The service saves me time and money at the same time has been instrumental in building my WFG business."

Subject: Womens' Networking Event....

Hello and Warm Regards,

What an exciting time to be a woman today. The opportunities for Starting A Business or Growing in a job one loves has never in the "History of Women" been better.

So many wonderful choices and so little time to consider them.

Want to "Start a Business of Your Own?" or "Change" Career Paths. Neither is easy to do. But both are possible if done with planning and intelligent informed decisions.

On April 29th, I will be hosting on behalf of ProActive Women Magazine a "Professional Womens Networking Event."  The goal of course is to bring professional women in business together with potential clients.

This won't be a time to be "Shy" and sit in your chair. This is the time to "Shine" and share your business with the women present. Make contact with potential "New Business."

Come ready with "Business Cards" and a 2-minute presentation "Sharing how your business will enhance or improve the life of your potential clients."

Research, proves time and time again - today's "Business Owner" must know how their product or service will enhance the life of their clients. Relationship Selling is one of the most powerful strategies in today's impersonal world of products and services.

I look forward to seeing you at the event.

In the meantime stay well and be blessed....
